Postfix Refused on 587

Core asked:

Postfix is refusing connection on port 587 when delivering mail. Here are my config files:

I enabled smtps because I thought that was the issue, but it still will not work. Here’s the mail.log file:

It shouldn’t be anything with my network, so what is the problem?

EDIT:
There seemed to have been something wrong with my main.cf and once I set it back to my defaults everything worked.

My answer:

Yes, it’s refusing port 587 because the entire section of master.cf is commented out.

#submission inet n - - - - smtpd
# -o syslog_name=postfix/submission
# -o smtpd_tls_security_level=encrypt
# -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes
# -o smtpd_client_restrictions=permit_sasl_authenticated,reject
# -o milter_macro_daemon_name=ORIGINATING

Uncomment this if you want Postfix to accept mail on this port.
